First Union 400 var ett stockcarlopp som kördes mellan 1951 och 1996 på ovalbanan North Wilkesboro Speedway i North Wilkesboro i North Carolina i USA. Loppet var ett av två Cup-lopp som årligen kördes på den banan, där det andra var Tyson Holly Farms 400.
