Albumets titel utannonserades den 27 juni 2008 och till skivan har flera gästmusiker bidragit, bland andra Entombeds sångare L. G. Petrov, Children of Bodoms gitarrist Roope Latvala och Apocalyptica.

Till titellåten har även en video gjorts. Denna filmades i Jomsborg i Polen i hård storm.
