The First Barbarians: Live from Kilburn är ett livealbum av Ronnie Wood och band, utgivet 2007 av skivbolaget Wooden Records. Materialet inspelades och filmades juli 1974 vid Kilburn Gaumont State Theatre för att promotera Ronnie Woods första soloalbum, I've Got My Own Album to Do. Med skivan följde även en DVD.

Vid tidpunkten för konserten kallades bandet "Woody and Friends". Namnet "First Barbarians" henspelar på bandet The New Barbarians, bandet Wood samlade för en sex-veckors turné 1979, vars uppställning inkluderade tre av musikerna som spelade på Kilburn-spelningarna i juli 1974 (Wood, Keith Richards och Ian McLagan).
