Stilwell är administrativ huvudort i Adair County i Oklahoma.[1] Orten har fått sitt namn efter järnvägsägaren Arthur E. Stilwell.[2][3] Enligt 2010 års folkräkning hade Stilwell 3 949 invånare.[4]
