Seiko Matsuda

Seiko Matsuda (松田 聖子 Matsuda Seiko), född 10 mars 1962 i Kurume, Fukuoka, Japan, är en japansk popsångerska och låtskrivare. På grund av sin popularitet på 1980-talet och hennes långa karriär har hon döpts till "Eternal Idol" av japanska medier. Hon är mor till Sayaka Kanda.
