Polygordius appendiculatus[3][4][5][6] är en ringmaskart som beskrevs av Fraipont 1887. Polygordius appendiculatus ingår i släktet Polygordius och familjen Polygordiidae.[7][8][9] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[9] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[7]
