Pediobius brachycerus[10] är en stekelart som först beskrevs av Thomson 1878. Pediobius brachycerus ingår i släktet Pediobius och familjen finglanssteklar.[11][12][13] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[13] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[11]
