Macrosiphum gei[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][1][9] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av Koch 1855. Macrosiphum gei ingår i släktet Macrosiphum och familjen långrörsbladlöss.[10][11][12] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[12] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[10]
