Justicia secundiflora[1] är en akantusväxtart som först beskrevs av Hipólito Ruiz López och Pav., och fick sitt nu gällande namn av M. Vahl. Justicia secundiflora ingår i släktet Justicia och familjen akantusväxter.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[2]
