Jon Brion, född 11 december 1963 i Glen Ridge, New Jersey, är en amerikansk musiker, låtskrivare, producent och kompositör. Han är mest känd för att ha komponerat soundtracket till filmen Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
