Isohypsibius tetradactyloides[2][3][4][5][6][7] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet trögkrypare, och som först beskrevs av Ferdinand Richters 1907. Isohypsibius tetradactyloides ingår i släktet Isohypsibius och familjen Hypsibiidae.[8][9][10] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
