Hoplothrips unicolor[1][2] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av André Vuillet 1914. Hoplothrips unicolor ingår i släktet Hoplothrips och familjen rörtripsar.[3][4][5] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[5] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[3]
