Gelliodes fayalensis[2][3] är en svampdjursart som beskrevs av Topsent 1892. Gelliodes fayalensis ingår i släktet Gelliodes och familjen Niphatidae.[4][5] Utöver nominatformen finns också underarten G. f. minor.[4]
