Diphascon chilenense[2][5][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet trögkrypare, och som beskrevs av Plate 1889. Diphascon chilenense ingår i släktet Diphascon och familjen Hypsibiidae.[15][16][17] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[17] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[15]
