Derostenus gemmeus[8][14] är en stekelart som beskrevs av John Obadiah Westwood 1833. Derostenus gemmeus ingår i släktet Derostenus och familjen finglanssteklar.[15][16][17] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[17] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[15]
