Cerebratulus fuscus[1][2][3][4][5][6] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet slemmaskar, och som först beskrevs av William Carmichael McIntosh 1874. Enligt Catalogue of Life[7][8] ingår Cerebratulus fuscus i släktet fläsknemertiner och familjen Cerebratulidae,[7][8] men enligt Dyntaxa[9] är tillhörigheten istället släktet fläsknemertiner, och ordningen Heteronemertea.[9] Det är osäkert om arten förekommer i Sverige.[9] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[7]
