Capellia cecidomyiae[7] är en stekelart som först beskrevs av Julius Theodor Christian Ratzeburg 1844. Capellia cecidomyiae ingår i släktet Capellia och familjen puppglanssteklar.[10][11][12] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[12] Inga underarter finns listade.[10]
