Aphelinus chaonia[6][7][2][8][9][10][11] är en stekelart som beskrevs av Walker 1839. Aphelinus chaonia ingår i släktet Aphelinus och familjen växtlussteklar.[12][13][14] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[14] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[12]
