Aphelinus annulipes[7] är en stekelart som först beskrevs av Walker 1851. Aphelinus annulipes ingår i släktet Aphelinus och familjen växtlussteklar.[8][9][10] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
