Cerebratulus marginatus[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet slemmaskar, och som beskrevs av Armand-Marie-Vincent-Joseph Renier 1804. Enligt Catalogue of Life[8][9] ingår Cerebratulus marginatus i släktet fläsknemertiner och familjen Cerebratulidae,[8][9] men enligt Dyntaxa[10] är tillhörigheten istället släktet fläsknemertiner, och ordningen Heteronemertea.[10] Det är osäkert om arten förekommer i Sverige.[10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
