Blek lernemertin (Amphiporus lactifloreus)[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet slemmaskar, och som först beskrevs av Johnston 1828. Enligt Catalogue of Life[8][9] ingår Blek lernemertin i släktet Amphiporus och familjen Amphiporidae,[8][9] men enligt Dyntaxa[10] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Amphiporus, och ordningen Hoplonemertea.[10] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
