Macrosiphoniella tapuskae[3][2][4][5][6] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av Hottes och Theodore Henry Frison 1931. Macrosiphoniella tapuskae ingår i släktet Macrosiphoniella och familjen långrörsbladlöss.[7][8][9] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[9] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[7]
