Lachnus pallipes[2][3][5][4] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av Hartig 1841. Enligt Catalogue of Life[6][7] ingår Lachnus pallipes i släktet Lachnus och familjen långrörsbladlöss, men enligt Dyntaxa[8] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Lachnus och familjen barkbladlöss. Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[8] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[6]
