Benthoctopus januarii[1][2][3][4][5] är en bläckfiskart som först beskrevs av William Evans Hoyle 1885. Benthoctopus januarii ingår i släktet Benthoctopus och familjen Octopodidae.[6][7] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[6]
