Wikipedia Celebrate Human Rights between November 15-January 30 with a special focus: Youth standing up for human rights!

The slogan is: "To claim your rights you need to know your rights". Celebrate the signing of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by strengthening the factual coverage of human rights on Wikipedia! Join us for #WikiForHumanRights on January 19th at the Nobel Prize Museum for an Edit-a-thon.

Who	Both experienced Wikipedians and newbies are welcome.

Good to know: It is possible that we will document the event by taking pictures. If you don't want to be photographed, please tell us when you arrive.

Ahead of the Edit-a-thon, please registrer your own user on Wikipedia if you don't already have one. You can create an account from any language version, it will be valid on all Wikipedias. Here is the link to the english version: Why create an account. On the top there is a link to create an account, or go to a preferred language version using the links to the left. Here's the same page in Swedish: Varför skapa ett användarkonto.
You can prepare or begin a new article (for instance in your Sandbox) to continue on during the Edit-a-thon.
During the edit-a-thon, create new articles that don't exist or edit those which need to be improved with content and/or sources (se lists below).
You can also choose to translate an existing article into another language.
Tell about this event on social media (use #WikiForHumanRights) and other channels to reach out.

The campaign is focused on the Core Topic list and Youth Topic list. Check there if there are articles that you are interested on editing and/or translating on your own language.
