Pronephrium pentaphyllum[1] är en kärrbräkenväxtart som först beskrevs av Eduard Rosenstock, och fick sitt nu gällande namn av Holtt. Pronephrium pentaphyllum ingår i släktet Pronephrium och familjen Thelypteridaceae.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade.[2]
