English: Baton Rouge, La., October 9, 2005 - A HAZMAT instructor (left) adjusts the respirator mask being used by one of two area Emergency Medical Technician team members who are preparing to respond to a simulated rescue operation to a chemical spill. All first responders cleaning up the toxic conditions caused by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita have undergone similar training.
