European Formula Three Championship 2013 var den andra säsongen av formelbilsmästerskapet European Formula Three Championship. Den första tävlingshelgen kördes på Autodromo Nazionale Monza den 23-24 mars, och den sista på Hockenheimring den 19-20 oktober. Raffaele Marciello vann förarmästerskapet och Prema Powerteam vann teammästerskapet.
