Branchiomma bombyx[1][2][10][12][13][14] är en ringmaskart som först beskrevs av Dalyell 1853. Enligt Catalogue of Life[15][16] ingår Branchiomma bombyx i släktet Branchiomma och familjen Sabellidae, men enligt Dyntaxa[17] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Branchiomma och familjen Sabellariidae. Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[17] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[15]
