AFI's 100 Years...100 Movie Quotes är en lista över de 100 främsta filmcitaten i amerikansk film. American Film Institute presenterade listan 21 juni 2005 i ett TV-program på CBS med Pierce Brosnan som värd. En jury bestående av 1 500 filmskapare, kritiker och historiker valde "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn," uttalad av Clark Gable som Rhett Butler i den episka kostymfilmen Borta med vinden från 1939 som det mest minnesvärda citatet inom amerikansk film genom tiderna.
