Čeština: Vlajka obce Horoměřice, okres Praha-západ. List tvoří modré kosodélníkové pole se třemi žlutými podkovami, položenými nakoso pod sebou, lemované dvěma bílými lichoběžníkovými poli, vymezenými horním žerďovým rohem a dolním vlajícím cípem; modré pole dosahuje vždy do poloviny délky listu. U horního vlajícího cípu červené trojúhelníkové pole sahající do čtvrtiny délky a do poloviny šířky listu. Obdobné červené pole u dolního žerďového rohu.
