Cotesia ruficrus[5] är en stekelart som först beskrevs av Alexander Henry Haliday 1834. Cotesia ruficrus ingår i släktet Cotesia och familjen bracksteklar.[6][7][8] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[8] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[6]
