Bostrychoplites cornutus[1][2][3][4] är en skalbaggsart som först beskrevs av Olivier 1790. Bostrychoplites cornutus ingår i släktet Bostrychoplites och familjen kapuschongbaggar.[5][6][7] Arten förekommer tillfälligt i Sverige, men reproducerar sig inte.[7] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[5]
